A xAP-enabled custom control is available for Pocket PC. So far as possible, the control mirrors the Win-32 version of the custom control. Microsoft have made both their Embedded Visual C and Embedded Visual Basic platforms available for free. Unfortunately the custom control isn't very stable under Visual Basic yet, and I don't understand why.

Like the other PC environments, if you are running more than one xAP enabled application on the same Pocket PC, you'll need to install and run a piece of software called a xAP hub so that the applications can share the same network socket. The xAP hub is available from the download section.

In the meantime, of course, xAP can still be driven from a Pocket PC using either WAP or a standard web-browser in conjunction with the xAP HTTP cache available from the download section.
